Personal “My Account” Deletion

If you would like to request deletion of your trap.nz account, please email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.

For security and privacy reasons, the request must be sent from the same email address that is registered to your trap.nz account. We may reply to your request to ask additional questions to verify your identity before processing the deletion.

Once your identity has been confirmed, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our system. After deletion has been completed, your account will no longer be accessible.
