Adding one-off records - Phone app

A one-off record does not need to have a permanent location attached to it.

You may want to add one-off catches for various reasons, from shooting to road kill and predation.

 

To add a one-off record using the phone app

  1. Click on the + install tab on the bottom right of the screen and shift the crosshairs to cover the blue icon that represents you, or if you have enabled the “Context Menu” (press and hold) place your finger over your current location.

2.Click the green tick tab to open the add installation page. Choose One-off pest.

3. This will open the catches One-off pest form and fill out the required fields. Note: if you have multiple catches, the Sex and life stage fields will disappear

4. Once you have saved the record, it will show in the paw print to the left of the screen and also as a paw print on the site on the map

These paw prints will stay on your app until you either do a reset, or tap the clear button in the One-off paw records

You will currently find your records in the website's trap records tab and reporting page.
